Inside dining in the dining area adjacent to the kitchen, plus a table with stools in the media room, or alfresco dining on the huge waterview back deck! Don't forget to light up the fire pit in the backyard for some extra ambience!
The first floor of the home includes a super fun media room/game room stocked with lots of games for all to enjoy, a wet bar for your favorite beverages, a bedroom, full bath, mud room, laundry area, a side porch by the outdoor shower as well as the spacious screened porch overlooking the lake perfect for sipping your coffee or orange juice while you soak in the peaceful surroundings.
The second floor contains the main living and dining areas, both of which offer great waterviews, as well as the master suite with waterviews and en suite bath with a generously sized beautiful tile shower. All bedrooms have soft comfy sheets to ensure you enjoy a better night’s sleep.
The 3rd floor contains 2 bedrooms, one with a King bed and one with a Queen bed, as well as a cozy sitting area with 2 Trundle beds that sleeps 3.
At Sunset, guests will have full access of Bay Creek free amenities, including community swimming pool, tennis/pickleball courts, soft sand private beach, 350 acre Nature Preserve with trails & kayak launch. In order to access Bay Creek's Life Center (pools, fitness center & member lounge), you will need to pay an additional fee of $75 per night for the full duration of your stay, regardless whether you use it each day. You may book tee times at Bay Creek as well and pay a per person rate. You will receive an email with a form to fill out & submit.
