Sit A Spell Too is a charming two bedroom, three bath, duplex unit that sleeps 8 located in the heart of the Cape Charles historic area. Located only 4 blocks from the soft sand beach and 1 block from the 5 ac. Central Park, Sit A Spell is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Plenty of outdoor spaces, including a spacious front porch, a Juliet balcony overlooking the Park or in the spacious backyard, plenty of space to enjoy the tangy salt breezes flowing off the Chesapeake Bay.
The main level has living room, dining room, large kitchen with breakfast bar seating, and a full bathroom. Living room has a queen sleeper sofa.
The second level has two large master suites. Front bedroom has one king bed and en suite bathroom with a jetted tub/shower. Rear master has one queen bed, one twin XL day bed with a trundle and en suite bathrooms with showers and double sinks. This unit can sleep up to 8 guests with the sleeper sofas. Front master suite has a private front porch with seating. The rear master suit has a Juliet balcony with views of the Gazebo stage at Central Park. Enjoys multi-level backyard deck with brick patio divided by large, shared fire pit. Gas grill, outdoor dining seating for 6 with umbrella, plus a small storage unit stocked with beach chairs, beach toys, umbrella, corn hole boards, tennis rackets, etc. One shared outdoor shower to make rinsing off after the beach a breeze! There are multiple televisions with Roku/Fire stick/Apple TV, high speed broadband internet, upstairs laundry room, beach towels, extra linens, etc.

Pets are allowed on a case by case basis and pets must be kenneled if left alone for more than 2 hours. The kennel is stored on property. Golf carts, bicycles, kayaks & SUP boards are available to rent in town!

  The Sit a Spell Too was the perfect property for our family trip :) With the park in our backyard and a fenced in area, it was a great location for my 2 year old daughter and our dogs to play! We already booked our stay for next year :)

  Easy walk to beach, soft sand, shallow water for small children. House is roomy, clean, and well stocked with necessities. Cozy porch & balconies to sit outside. Fenced yard for kids to play and park with playground right behind. No problem with on street parking. Easy walk to many restaurants, ice cream parlors. Perfect place for a quiet beach vacation.
