“Sunset Dream” is a newly built, spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, one story home located on a little freshwater lake overlooking the Chesapeake Bay. Spectacular sunsets at no charge! “Sunset Dream” is located in Bayside Village at Bay Creek Golf Resort, which was named by Ideal Magazine as one of the “100 Best Places to Live”. Enjoy sun-filled days on the uncrowded, sparkling soft sand beach and amazing waterviews!
When vacationing at “Sunset Dream”, be ready to enjoy a Resort lifestyle with free access to a community swimming pool, tennis courts, soft sand beach and walking/jogging trails.
Comfortably furnished, “Sunset Dream” has all first-floor living. The primary suite has a king-sized bed and its own bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 includes two twin beds and a full bathroom. This cozy beach home is a great place to relax and unwind. The back screened porch, overlooking the little freshwater lake is a perfect place to just kick back with your morning coffee, afternoon iced tea or enjoy evening sunsets.
The layout is open and airy, with lots of light! A spacious great room with fireplace offers plenty of room for your whole group. Enjoy your meals in the lovely dining area seating 6. A well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating is ready for whipping up a gourmet meal for everyone or just throwing together a quick omelette or sandwich whenever.
At Sunset Dream, guests will have full access of Bay Creek amenities, including community swimming pool, tennis/pickleball courts, soft sand private beach, 350 acre Nature Preserve with trails & kayak launch. Also for an extra fee, guests can have access to the Life Center which has three pools, a slide, splashpad, and a state of the art Fitness Center. Currently the cost to access the Life Center is $75 per night for the entire duration of your stay. Forms are required to be filled out and payment made at time of booking for the Life Center access.
Just a few minutes from the Historic Area of Cape Charles, named by Southern Living Magazine as one of the “South’s Best Beach Towns”, offering casual and fine dining including fresh seafood, BBQ, pizza, Italian, sushi, American Southern-style cuisine, bakeries, fudge, amazing ice cream, and Hawaiian-style shave ice. Plus, boutiques, art galleries, library, Park with bandstand, fishing pier, museum, live theatre, free summer band concerts, 3rd Thursday festivities at the Cape Charles beach, 4th of July parades, Friday Night at Lemon Tree, Grand Illumination, Festive Fridays and lighted golf cart parade at Christmas and much more.
