Escape to your own private oasis at “Beach Haven”, a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home located in the Marina Village at Bay Creek Golf Resort. Every day of your vacation will be picture perfect with magnificent views of the Kings Creek Marina from the primary bedroom as well as from each deck level. The 2nd & 3rd deck levels have wonderful views of the Chesapeake Bay, along with the many colorful sunsets every evening!
“Beach Haven” offers amenities & entertainment for the whole group, including a slate pool table, indoor shuffleboard, foosball & ping pong table. No to mention, you’re only 2 blocks away from the community’s soft-sand private beach.
On the 1st floor you have the primary bedroom, which has a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and sliding doors leading out to the 1st floor deck, providing a beautiful view of Kings Creek. The large private bathroom has been remodeled with a large double-head walk-in shower as well as a soaking tub, plenty of lighting, including backlit mirrors. The 2nd bedroom has a King-size bed as well, two large closets with a full bathroom just across the hall.
The 3rd bedroom has a twin over double bunk bed with a pull-out twin trundle, as well as a separate double bed. All bedrooms have smart TVs.
Unwind in the main living & dining area, on the 2nd floor, which feature an 8’ slate Pool Table, bar area, a spacious living area with a large 75” QLED 4K Samsung Smart TV with surround sound & Spectrum cable. “Beach Haven” allows you to step into a world of vibrance & comfort as you enter the open-concept living space, perfect for creating lasting memories with loved ones. Take pleasure in the well-stocked gourmet kitchen, a haven for aspiring chefs, and savor your morning coffee on the decks where the beautiful surroundings unfold before you.
The Crow's Nest, which provides more sleeping space for your group, has a queen size sofa bed. There is also a wet bar. “Beach Haven” has 3 decks with tables and outdoor seating and a gas grill, where you can embrace the tranquility of your surroundings. Corn hole boards & beach chairs are there for your use, adding more entertainment for your group.
At “Beach Haven”, guests will have full access of Bay Creek free amenities, including community swimming pool, tennis/pickleball courts, soft sand private beach, 350 acre Nature Preserve with trails & kayak launch. In order to access Bay Creek's Life Center (pools, fitness center & member lounge), you will need to pay an additional fee of $75 per night for the full duration of your stay, regardless whether you use it each day. You may book tee times at Bay Creek as well and pay a per person rate. You will receive an email with a form to fill out & submit. You will absolutely love visiting historic Cape Charles. Go back in time with its quaint boutique shops, restaurants, art galleries, a theatre, brewery/distillery, mini golf & an unspoiled public beach. Enjoy free fishing off the pier, crabbing, boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, sunset cruises, and deep-sea fishing and boating excursions. Sunsets at The Shanty or Oyster Farm Eatery are spectacular. Summer live music is featured at the C-Pier of Bay Creek Marina--a short walk away (and you can also hear the music from the outside decks). Visit Central Park in the heart of Cape Charles for free live Saturday evening concerts.
