  We had 9 adults and 1 toddler from NC,FL,Prague. Everyone enjoyed their stay and found the house comfortable and well equipped. We did have several problems when we got there with a lack of linens (3 towel sets short, sheets for the sleep sofa, pillowcases) and some slats in the vertical blinds in the downstairs bedrooms were broken or missing. Management did help. Also, there was a golf cart in garage which we couldn't rent that obstructed the ping pong table. The list of amenities included a community pool and gym. As far as we could see, there was one pool near the golf course area, 13 minute car ride away. The "Welcome book" had not been updated by the new management co. And last, we knew there was no on street parking, so we needed to know how many cars could fit in the driveway and where overflow parking might be.
  But overall, it was a lovely house and location. Cape Charles is wonderful.

  Overall the house was very nice and well stocked with utensils, grill, entertainment, tvs, wifi, linens, etc. It's a beautiful neighborhood and location. There were a couple items in need of repair (outside canopy, umbrella, etc) but mostly in very nice shape. Overall it was pretty clean as well. The patios were great and the community pool which is included was a great extra perk.
