Spacious Comfort & Modern Style

Designed for gathering and relaxation, Beachscape Villa features an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area that makes it easy to spend quality time together. Contemporary finishes and comfortable living spaces provide the perfect place to unwind after a day in the sun, a refreshing swim, or an afternoon exploring the Eastern Shore.

The modern kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a large side-by-side refrigerator with a pull-out freezer and ice & water dispenser, a six-burner gas range, built-in microwave, and dishwasher. A kitchen island with seating for four creates a welcoming spot for breakfast, casual meals, or conversation while dinner is being prepared. Coffee lovers will appreciate both the Keurig with pods and the traditional coffee maker.

Just off the kitchen, the sunroom offers an additional space to eat, relax, read, or enjoy time together. In the living room, comfortable seating and a large mounted TV above the gas fireplace create a cozy place to unwind after a day of coastal adventures. A convenient half bath is also located on the first floor.

Two upstairs bedrooms feature private balconies with seating, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while taking in Cape Charles’ unforgettable Chesapeake Bay sunsets.

With four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, Beachscape Villa comfortably accommodates your group while offering room to spread out and relax.

-Second-Floor Guest Bedroom 1: Queen bed with private bathroom*
-Second-Floor Guest Bedroom 2: Queen bed with private bathroom*
-Second-Floor Guest Bedroom 3: Queen bed with private bathroom*

*Bed Configuration Update: The home currently has three queen beds and one double bed. The queen bed is scheduled to be replaced with a king bed and the double bed will be replaced with a queen bed in February. Please confirm the updated configuration before booking if this is important to your stay.

One of Beachscape Villa’s attractive features is its convenient walking distance to Bay Creek’s private beach and Life Center. Spend your days enjoying the Chesapeake Bay shoreline, swimming in the seasonal outdoor pools, or staying active at the tennis & pickleball courts.

Bay Creek offers a variety of recreational amenities, including golf courses designed by Arnold Palmer and Jack Nicklaus, scenic walking and biking trails, tennis and pickleball courts, a kayak launch, and access to a 350-acre nature preserve. Whether you prefer an active getaway or leisurely days by the water, there’s plenty to enjoy.

**Life Center Access: Access to the Life Center, including its pools, fitness facilities, and member lounge, requires an additional fee of $75 per night for the entire stay, regardless of how many days you use the amenities. If you wish to purchase this optional access, you will receive an email with a form to complete and submit.

**Exciting new amenities are also coming to the Life Center! The expansion is planned to include an indoor pool, sauna, hot tub, cold plunge pool, and treatment rooms. Availability of new facilities may depend on construction progress and opening dates.

**Golf: Tee times at Bay Creek’s Palmer and Nicklaus courses may be booked separately. Golf fees are charged per person through the Pro Shop.
